No one program works for everyone. But ours is based on a success record of treating hundreds of women at our Holistic Nutrition Center in Taos, New Mexico. This is not “one-size-fits-all” nutritional program - but one with a proven track record, customized for each, individual biological makeup. 

I can’t face another diet!

This is not a diet. You hear people say, “That diet worked great but I gained it all back.” We have a news flash for you. There is no such thing as a great ‘diet’. Diet in that sense means “temporary”, which is precisely why weight loss doesn’t stick when you “go off of a diet”.

I don’t want to carry around all those pill bottles!

You don’t have to because there aren’t any. To be effective, a program has to be easy to integrate into your life.  That’s why each day’s dose is packaged in two convenient, 10-capsule packets. So all you need to remember is two packets a day—small envelopes you toss in your purse or even a pocket.

A unique feature of our supplement is that we’ve blended all the ingredients together and then distributed them equally among the daily dose, which amounts to two packets of 10 capsules.  This way, if you take fewer capsules at one time, you don’t miss a key ingredient and you can take them a few at a time, throughout the day, or all at once.

I bet this takes forever!

This is not an “overnight results” kind of program. However, most women are inspired by early results such as strong nails, weight loss and thicker hair. By three months, most of our patients see and feel significant changes.  When women start to feel the positive results, the inspiration is to forge ahead because feeling great is addictive. When you look at this as a lifetime lifestyle plan, 3 months amounts to a blip on the radar screen.
